  • During drops or high-demand releases, processing may take 5–10 business days
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Trujistas is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer
  • Lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, Trujistas is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you experience an issue, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or your local post office

International Orders
